We ship 5 days a week via USPS, Monday - Friday, except for major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin being processed on Mondays. Please add 1-2 days for processing time from when your order is placed to when it is shipped.
I unfortunately do not accept refunds or exchanges. It is the buyer's responsibility to ask questions, read descriptions in detail for sizing, and look at images closely.
I will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is recommended that you double check your address carefully as I cannot intercept parcels once they have left the shippers location.
We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. If the parcel is returned to me, I will contact you via the email provided at checkout to verify the correct address. Postage for second attempt shipments are covered by the purchaser, not MercuryX.
If an item is damaged in the mail, please send me a detailed email with images attached to mercuryx.shop@gmail.com. I always want to ensure my customers are happy & I will do everything in my power to see to that happiness! It is tremendously important to me!
Tracking - When your order has been processed & sent, you will receive an email with a Tracking Reference Number.Please allow up to 24 hours for this to register in the system, once you have received your shipping confirmation email, before tracking – as information may not be immediately available.
